About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Nurse with 2-3 years of acute care experience, IV competency, and a strong background in chemotherapy administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the oncology setting and hold current ONS chemotherapy and biotherapy administration certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team
  • Administer chemotherapeutic agents, molecularly targeted therapies, and blood replacement products according to physician orders
  • Evaluate patient response to therapy and initiate appropriate interventions as needed
  • Document all actions and outcomes in the patient's medical record
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in New Hampshire
  • BLS certification required at time of hire, ACLS certification within 1 year
  • ONS chemotherapy and biotherapy administration certification within 1 year
  • BSN degree preferred
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
