We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
About the RoleThis BCBA position offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and compassion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct supervision to our staff and managing a small caseload of 4-6 clients. Your expertise will guide our team in providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support individuals with ASD in achieving their goals.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Clinical Manager, who provides administrative support, scheduling assistance, and general guidance to help you grow in your career. This role combines in-clinic and in-home settings, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

Your Responsibilities- Deliver direct supervision to staff and manage a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral interventions, earning theories, and instructional methods.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Manager to ensure seamless administration and coordination of services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Social Work).
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy:
