Job Summary:
The RN Clinical Education and Learning Specialist interfaces with the Vice President Patient Care Services and is responsible for the development and delivery of Nursing learning systems, programs, applications, and services that provide Nursing team members with professional growth and the skills to effectively support the hospital's mission, vision, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement adult learning principles and develop learning systems, programs, and services that meet the needs of Nursing team members.
- Collaborate with the Vice President Patient Care Services to ensure alignment with hospital strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver e-learning programs that meet healthcare-related regulations and standards.
Requirements:
MS degree from an accredited college or university, required. MSN, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of learning and development experience.
- Knowledge of implementing e-learning and healthcare-related regulations.
