Clubhouse Director

Harper Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clubhouse Manager to lead the operations of the St. Joseph River Yacht Club. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, personnel management, and financial management.

• Oversee the daily operations of the club, including food and beverage service, catering, and special events.
• Manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve the club's goals and objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or restaurant setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful personnel and financial management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Experience managing a private club or restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and science.
