Qualifications for the Manufacturing Operations Leader:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 4 years in food production settings
  • In-depth understanding of USDA/FDA regulations and GFSI standards
  • At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
