Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them promptly.
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists effectively.
  • Provide menus and answer questions from guests.
  • Engage with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Take phone calls and handle reservations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
