Job Title: Scrum Master

Talent Software Services is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Mason, OH. This is a contract position with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach Agile teams to improve quality, speed, and team functioning.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Agile team members and leadership.
  • Facilitate and lead team meetings to track progress and drive awareness of actuals vs. targets.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to coach and train others.
  • Collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with Kanban board tools such as ADO.
  • Project management certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT or Scrum/Project Management.
