Christus Health is a leading healthcare provider in South-Central Texas, serving over 70,000 children annually. Our hospital is a 190-plus-bed facility that offers a range of specialized services, including Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care, Children's Emergency Services, and a Heart Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the operation of clinical programs and ensure quality services are provided to the community and patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to promote quality services and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related advanced degree in health-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- Minimum of five (3) years of healthcare management experience.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and decision-making. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
