The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Luke's Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
