Key Responsibilities:

Install and troubleshoot electrical components for 12V, 110V, and 3-phase systems. Install aftermarket and OEM vehicle lighting and accessories. Conduct quality control repairs and rework as necessary. Follow verbal and written instructions in English accurately. Maintain a keen attention to detail in all tasks. Work independently with minimal supervision. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet production schedules. Foster cooperative working relationships with team members. Adhere to safety standards and housekeeping protocols. Comply with all quality assurance and quality control standards. Follow company conduct and attendance policies diligently. Handle hazardous waste appropriately and ensure proper disposal. Maintain satellite and storage containers securely. Be familiar with the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan. Understand spill response procedures and evacuation routes. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions and correspondence in English. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Skilled in using measuring devices, including volt meters and test lights. Capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical system components. Meet quality and time standards for all operations. Effectively communicate information in small group settings. Basic knowledge of pneumatic and power tools. Familiarity with safe tool operation, including drills and screw guns. Basic mathematical skills required. General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards is essential. Completion of Hazardous Materials Handling Operations training with annual refreshers. Hazardous waste training will be provided within six months of employment.

Work Environment:

The work environment is characterized by exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations. Employees may occasionally encounter toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is elevated.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive electrical installation within a manufacturing setting.
