Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Helping Hands Family (HHF). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them reach their developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
  • Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
  • Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
  • Comfort working with children.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
