About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Interim Delaware. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will provide high-quality patient care and services to individuals in their homes, schools, or occupational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Appropriate license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Delaware.
  • At least six (6) months of experience within the last five (5) years working in a hospital, home care, or nursing home setting within the United States.
  • CPR certification.
  • Negative TB test result.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Provide two (2) professional references.
  • Able to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
