About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist position is part of a busy in-house team dedicated to creating and implementing marketing campaigns that support company growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Content Creation: Assist in planning, creation, and implementation of digital content for various marketing channels.
  • Email Marketing: Produce and implement email messages for customers and prospects.
  • Online Advertising: Assist in development and placement of online advertisements in targeted geographic locations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce and distribute meaningful reports on analytics and ROI.
  • Skill Development: Develop expertise and analytical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, OnContact, Google Adwords, SharePoint, and other marketing programs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Marketing Campaigns: Produce ongoing regional online promotional campaigns for RTP Company and sister companies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide analytics to support marketing decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Be self-motivated, collaborative, and flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attendance and Adaptability: Attendance is an essential function of the job, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is required.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite required, and experience with WordPress preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated, collaborative, and flexible.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Regularly communicate with colleagues and management, and operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Required to sit, perform keyboard work, and stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk and/or hear.
  • Travel and Lifting: Global travel is possible, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
