As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our handyman services, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of handymen and craftsmen to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the handyman or construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical
