The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

At YBA Shirts Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing plan.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, posting, and monitoring engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Utilize analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of social media campaigns, driving follower growth, engagement, and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven focus on SEO, PPC, and social media management preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and experience creating high-impact, engaging content.
