A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought to spearhead the growth of our municipal survey division. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the North Carolina municipal market. They will be able to effectively manage survey crews, provide quality control for deliverables, and apply appropriate principles and techniques to various land surveying projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and business development to grow municipal survey division revenue
  • Cultivating existing clients and identifying new markets and clients for growth within the region
  • Managing survey crews and providing quality control for all survey deliverables
  • Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to various types of land surveying projects

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
