Lead and Direct Operations

The Administrator will lead and direct the overall operations of the community, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Quality Care and Business Objectives

The Administrator will organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents, while also planning, implementing, and achieving the community's business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a license in good standing in the state of operation.
  • Must have knowledge of state guidelines and regulations.
  • Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience

Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
