Role Summary:

Serigor Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our innovative cloud-based Procurement Automated Support System (PASS Cloud). This role is crucial in ensuring that our procurement processes remain efficient and transparent for government agencies and the public.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning activities, including the development and maintenance of project schedules and documentation.
  • Analyze complex project schedules and create innovative plans using Microsoft Project, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Oversee the RAID (risks, actions, issues, and dependencies) process and manage change communications.
  • Prepare comprehensive plans that encompass resource alignment, training, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure quality oversight for all project documentation and maintain organized project artifacts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading testing tasks within enterprise-level system integration projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical teams and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
