About the Role

The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist will be responsible for driving demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for appropriate patients. This role requires strong scientific expertise, effective communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. The successful candidate will build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, community-based physicians, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
  • Engage with and continuously maintain/grow a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
  • Prepare and successfully implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific and clinical data in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results and work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
