Key Responsibilities:

Building a High-Performance Team:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Business Development team across Canada and the US, with a focus on aligning the team's efforts with overall sales goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability as the team scales.
Sales Operations:
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize sales processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
