Job Summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a qualified Site Leader to oversee the Before and After School Care Program at various locations. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

The Site Leader will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of quality programming that supports the unique needs of each child. This includes planning, promoting, and providing leadership for the Before/After School Enrichment program during the school year and camp during the summer.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in education or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of childcare experience. They will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining accurate attendance records, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

The Site Leader will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and enriching environment for all children, adhering to state licensing regulations and Quality Rating System standards. They will lead by example, interact with a high level of professionalism, and be accountable for the program's success.
