Barber Instructor

Milan Institute, a leading provider of education in the Allied Health, Business, and Cosmetology fields, is seeking experienced Barber Instructors to join our team. With a strong focus on student success and career development, we are committed to providing our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen profession.

We are currently offering a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and local costs of living. As a Barber Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and motivate our students as they learn the art and science of barbering.

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
• Mentor and coach students on the clinic floor and in the classroom
• Prepare students for the State Board exam and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Participate in administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings and counseling students

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A current Barber license per state requirement
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the barbering industry
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required
