About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Bank Teller Specialist to join our team at United Bank. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level customer service while promoting the bank's services and alternative delivery channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, have a solid understanding of fraud risks associated with ITM transactions, and be able to assess risk and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, approximately $42,500 per year, based on location and experience. The job also comes with a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides high-level customer service according to Signature Service guidelines.
  • Handles all phases of teller transactions, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards.
  • Assesses risk and exercises discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues.
Requirements
  • Possess ability to perform within a complex, multi-functional technical environment.
  • Possess high analytical skills to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems in an unsupervised setting.
