Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dining Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, seating, and guest inquiries with professionalism and poise. They will also ensure a welcoming environment that reflects the high service standards at Swahili Village.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work effectively with the servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess or similar role in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
