Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily store replenishment, merchandise flexing, and visual standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Execute load processing to meet productivity goals and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Process out-of-stock, cycle count, return-to-vendor, and product break-up tasks to maintain inventory accuracy and control.
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales and events, ensuring compliance with established merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
  • Good communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize guest needs over task execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Physical Demands

On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs of merchandise.
