Timmons Group is a dynamic and innovative full-service engineering and technology firm recognized nationally as a "Best Firm to Work For" by CE News. We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to join our Survey Group in Greensboro, NC office location.

As a Licensed Surveyor at Timmons Group, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and client accounts. You will work with relevant office software, modeling, and CADD technology to deliver high-quality surveying projects. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, engineering, or a scientific area, and/or equivalent work experience and professional registration (L.S., P.E., etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group conducts business. A minimum of 6 years of land surveying experience is required.

This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Civil 3D, MicroStation, Leica, Trimble, and other industry-standard software.
