Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Initiate and implement rehabilitation nursing interventions to promote patient independence and mobility.
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with diverse needs and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
  • Current Montana state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
  • BLS certification.
  • IV Certified or obtained within 6 months (highly preferred).
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting (preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
