Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job responsibilities.
  • Supervise sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company policies.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Evaluate subordinate performance, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve work performance.
  • Support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees.
  • Two years+ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience working in a food-processing or manufacturing environment required.
  • SAP experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes and loss.
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
