Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of innovative rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Provide a wide range of treatment techniques, including physical therapy modalities, exercises, and education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
  • Evaluate the quality of services and participate in outcomes management activities to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
