- Provide support for complex technical and operational issues, driving problem resolution through root cause determination
- Produce control evidence for various audit inquiries
- Interact with vendors to plan and implement z/OS system upgrades
- Work effectively within Change and Problem Management structures
- Engage in the development and execution of continuity and recovery plans
- 5+ years experience in Large Scale Mainframe computing environments
- 5+ years experience with z/OS software lifecycle management
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years experience with IBM Systems Automation and Netview deployment and customization, and 5+ years experience with Mainframe Security product deployment and customization
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
