As an LPN/LVN on our MedSurg team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. This will include:
- Providing direct care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
- Collaborating with the RN and other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participating in patient and family education, as well as providing emotional support and comfort
