ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of speech therapy services, dedicated to supporting children and families. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time therapist for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality speech therapy services to students in grades 9-12. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our director to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health Professions, and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred, but not required.

You will be responsible for assessing students' communication skills, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in grades 9-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for our students
  • Participate in regular progress monitoring and goal setting meetings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health Professions
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
