Job Summary

CareStaff Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
  • Consult with teachers and other school staff to develop strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • MA State License and DESE certification.
  • Experience working with students in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
