Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in our operations and will report directly to the HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary HR contact for designated client groups, ensuring effective communication and support for various HR initiatives.
2. Collaborate with Corporate HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address local HR needs and implement policies.
3. Facilitate onboarding processes and conduct comprehensive employee orientation sessions.
4. Provide guidance on HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and attendance issues.

7. Partner with management to support employee development, including career coaching and planning.
8. Manage claims and coordinate return-to-work processes for non-occupational injuries.
9. Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and improve workplace practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with unionized environments is advantageous.
