Job Title: Field ISP Technician

Job Summary:

CellularOne is seeking a highly skilled Field ISP Technician to join our team. As a Field ISP Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our cutting-edge network hardware. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a strong technical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain network hardware, including antennas, towers, and other equipment
• Perform preventative and remedial maintenance on network equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with precision and care
• Work independently and unsupervised, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and roofs
• Ability to identify various types of equipment and utilize the proper apparatus for each situation
• Proficiency in software programs such as Windows, Excel, and Word
• Ability to access and manage our Trouble Ticket system
• Effective communication skills, including explaining the installation process to customers
