Position Overview: The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing education on product benefits and potential effects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and team members.
  • Show empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
  • Provide an elevated customer experience through knowledgeable service and product insight.
  • Assist management with returns and customer inquiries as per company policy.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Adhere to Trulieve policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers.
  • Document customer interactions and concerns accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in specific states).
  • Prior cash handling experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in various positions for extended periods.
  • Visual acuity and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is required to meet store needs, including evenings and weekends.
