About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in the operating room
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures to ensure our patients receive the best possible care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited BSN program required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State
  • Minimum of five years of progressing operating room nursing experience
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
