About the Role

HTI is seeking a highly skilled Deviation Specialist to join their team at PAI Pharma, a leading manufacturer of prescription and OTC pharmaceuticals. As a Deviation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products by investigating and resolving deviations in various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate deviations in manufacturing, quality control, and facilities using root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, evaluate causal factors, and implement CAPAs.
  • Ensure quality and compliance to cGMPs, internal, external, and international requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide guidance and consultation to deviation/CAPA process owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an associate degree with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/packaging cGMP environment.
