Paralegal, Global Ethics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Global Ethics and Compliance team at RTX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our ethics and compliance program across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of our Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) Network, including maintaining program resources and communicating with part-time ECOs on program updates.
- Work with members of the Anti-Corruption team on the review, disposition, and documentation of key compliance matters, with a focus on data integrity.
- Assist with other E&BC team tasks, including routing documents for review and approval, and ensuring sensitive matters are handled with discretion and care.
- Support the roll-out of new communications and training messages from E&BC, and assist with enterprise-wide GEC initiatives and process improvements.
- Typically requires an associate degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
- Paralegal certification.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
