Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. You will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and screen students to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with parents and the school interdisciplinary team to share results and develop care plans
  • Provide response to intervention for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Establish a positive learning environment for students
Requirements
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Delaware SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ASHA Certification
