Salary
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.92 - $31.17, based on years of experience, and a generous fringe benefit package including paid vacation; sick leave; health, dental, life and disability insurance options; and employer contributions into retirement plans.

Job Description
This role is responsible for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse, participating in the development of nursing care plans, and implementing therapeutic programs for patients. The successful candidate will work 80% (32 hours per week) as an LPN at our Cedar Rapids Fam Med Clinic or other clinic locations. We strive to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment, empowering our staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid LPN certification with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or be eligible for a temporary work permit. You should also have Basic Cardiac Life Support provider certification, a driver's license, and meet UI Fleet Safety Standards. Previous EPIC experience and scribing experience are highly desirable.
