Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sika. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Troubleshoot plant equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance on plant equipment and systems, using hand and power tools as needed.
  • Ensure Safety Protocols are followed at all times, and report any unsafe conditions to the Plant Foreman or Operations Manager.
  • Order Parts and Supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned to support the maintenance team and ensure the overall success of the facility.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; certificate, diploma, or degree in industrial electronics or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Mechanical Aptitude and ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
