Fleet Mechanic - Senior Technician



About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our team as a Senior Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including diesel engines, transmissions, and other complex systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, including engine and transmission problems
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Collaborating with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Fleet Mechanic or Senior Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • Specialized training and experience in diesel engine repair, transmission repair, and other complex systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
