Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

As a Security Officer at Caesars Southern Indiana, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and employees. You will be the first point of contact for guests and team members, providing property information and answering questions with a friendly and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and engage guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide property information and answer questions to ensure a positive guest experience
* Address any individuals found in unauthorized areas, except for Indiana Gaming Commission members or agents
* Escort guests and team members as directed or requested
* Monitor and control the assigned post to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment
* Maintain law and order on property in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies
* Ensure no alcohol comes in or leaves the property in accordance with state excise law

Requirements:

* High school degree or equivalent required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Upbeat and positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 50 lbs
* Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights

Work Environment:

* Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
* Must be able to physically maneuver throughout all non-casino areas
