About the Role

As a Tax Professional with Jackson Hewitt, you will be responsible for providing top-notch tax preparation services to our clients. This includes conducting tax interviews, answering walk-in questions, and delivering high-quality customer service. You will also have the opportunity to participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development to enhance your skills and grow your book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients
  • Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance
  • Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation
  • Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development
Requirements
  • 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
