Job Summary

PennState Health is seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies for various procedures.
  • Assist Anesthesiologists/CRNAs with invasive monitoring, patient transportation, and other critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in patient care and medical equipment operation.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
  • Leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 500 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk 100% of the workday.
  • CPR certification and ACLS candidate preferred.
