Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients in the cardiac cath and electrophysiology labs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Registered Nurse
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in the assigned procedure room
  • Assist the Registered Nurses in providing patient care as needed
  • Perform required Cath and Electrophysiology Lab specific documentation
  • Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment
  • Assist physicians in administering contrast media
Requirements
  • Certification of Washington State radiologic technologist or cardiovascular invasive specialist
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R)
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) registry as a standard for care provision
  • Certification of AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR
