About the Role

Mental Health & Recovery Services of Jackson Hole is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in providing essential mental health and substance use treatment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct intake, evaluation, and treatment services to prospective and enrolled clients of MHRS.
  • Provide crisis evaluation and intervention services.
  • Maintain and manage a clinical case load at a number and scope to be determined by the Executive Director.
  • Provide after-hours emergency on-call services as assigned.
  • Complete and maintain all paperwork in a timely manner in accord with MHRS and third-party payer requirements.
  • Provide all networking and ancillary services as appropriate and necessary to support and manage direct clinical services.
  • Attend staff meetings, team meetings, clinical meetings, supervision, and other meetings as required.
  • Participate in CARF accreditation activities, including committees, trainings, and exercises.
  • Maintain Wyoming licensure in good standing and credentialing at St. John's Medical Center as assigned.
  • Participate in organizational goals of Practice Management, including open scheduling, collaborative/concurrent documentation, managing case load, and client engagement practices.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral health field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Current Wyoming licensure in good standing in his/her discipline by the appropriate Wyoming licensing authority.
  • A solid grasp of, and commitment to, the ethical principles governing the professional practice of his/her discipline.
