Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 40 Hr/ Week
Salary: $85k-$105K/Year (Based on experience)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff activities to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor productivity levels, exam accuracy, and patient care to ensure high-quality results.
- Manage patient flow, prioritize procedures, and adjust workloads as necessary to meet business needs.
- Ensure the quality of exams conducted by the team and provide training and education to staff members.
- Stay updated with system management techniques and serve as the technical expert, interacting with physicians and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance, payroll, and other staff-related information.
- Conduct evaluations for technical personnel and prioritize patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in radiology required.
- Preferably 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and thorough knowledge of equipment and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with patients, families, physicians, radiologists, colleagues, and management.
Education/ License:
- Completion of a two-year AMA and ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
- Must hold ARRT certification.
- BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.
