Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Negotiate sales and purchase agreements to maximize profit margins while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced customer service representatives to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
